General Catapang Receives 4th Star
CAMP AGUINALDO, Quezon City – The 45th Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, General Gregorio Pio P. Catapang Jr. receives his fourth star in a donning of ranks ceremony held at the Department of National Defense today. The ceremony was presided by Secretary of National Defense Voltaire T. Gazmin and came exactly one week since his assumption last July 18. (In the photo with General Catapang is his wife, Mrs. Vilma Catapang and Secretary Gazmin.)
