General Catapang Receives 4th Star

CAMP AGUINALDO, Quezon City – The 45^th Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, General Gregorio Pio P. Catapang Jr. receives his fourth star in a donning of ranks ceremony held at the Department of National Defense today. The ceremony was presided by Secretary of National Defense Voltaire T.
