Arrival honors accorded to the  Chief of Staff, Armed Forces of the Philippines General Ricardo A. David Jr (left) by the Northern Luzon Command (NOLCOM) during his visit here in Camp Aquino, Tarlac City on Friday (March 4) prior to his mandatory retirement on March 8.  To his left is Lieutenant General Gaudencio S.
